Products are shipped from our UK fulfillment center by FedEx. When your order has been shippped you will be sent a FedEx Shipment Notification.

Delivery time varies considerably from product to product, and our stock levels fluctuate daily. As a general rule, we advise you to allow up to 28 days for delivery; however, if the item you order is in stock, it is likely that the shipment will arrive within 5 -10 days. If the item is shipped directly from our suppliers or engravers, it will normally take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
