- If your goods are DAMAGED OR FAULTY, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com, or call us at 877-496-9859. We may ask you for details and evidence of damage, and will require you to retain the damaged goods so that we may investigate further.
- In all other circumstances, we offer a 30-day Optional Return Policy: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, goods may be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund (excluding original packing and shipping costs, and subject to deduction of a restocking fee, currently $10). Details of the conditions and exceptions of this policy and the process for returning items are described below.

Optional Return Policy - Conditions and Exceptions
- Goods returned under our Optional Return Policy must be in as-new condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form. Click here to access the form.
- We are sorry, but we are not able to offer Optional Returns on personalized products.
- Jewelry items must not have been worn.
- Returned goods must be received by us within 30 days from original shipping date.
- All Optional Returns will be subject to a restocking fee, currently $10.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our reasonable fees and expenses if these conditions are not fulfilled.

If you return an item outside the 30 day period or if you return an excepted item, or if the packaging is not original or is damaged, we may not accept the item and it may be returned to you at your expense. If, at our sole discretion, we do accept the item, you will receive a credit note which can be redeemed against future orders within 12 months.
