How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges very by item, but in general each product will cost $10-15 to ship. All items are sent by air from our UK fulfillment center, using FedEx. Shipping charges will be added to the cost of your purchase and displayed as you progress through checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Shipping times vary from product to product, and our stock levels fluctuate daily. As a general rule, we advise customers to allow up to 28 days. However, if the item you require is in stock, it is likely that you will receive your order within 5-10 days. If the item is shipped directly from our suppliers or engravers it will normally take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that multiple purchases may not necessarily arrive at the same time.
